Tasting Notes
Ruby red, rich and spicy with notes of dark berries and hints of raisins, it is well bodied, very intense with notes of ripe cherries. Excellent with strong cheeses and desserts. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy with good friends. Seductively smooth, sensually soft, significantly sweet, mouth filling moreish, decadently Pinotage.

In The Vineyard
Pre-harvest done by pinching the bunches at 21°B to stop juice flow to bunches. Grapes are sundried on vines. Hand selected bunches from unirrigated bush vines left to wither in the sun. Made in appassimento-style
In The Cellar
Crush and destalk, receive grapes with ripeness level of 35-40°B, 15 days of fermentation at 20-22°C on skin. Pressed at 8-11°B. aged in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation must be stopped at a certain balling with the help of a filtration process.

Vineyards are carefully monitored by the winemaker who ultimately decides when the grapes will be harvested.
