A very attractive spicy nose with aromas of coffee and mocha accompanied by a full-bodied and well-balanced palate. Delicate dark berry fruit slides over the palate with finesse and opulence.
Ageing Potential
Will keep for 8 to 10 years.
In The Vineyard
Deep soils of decomposed granite. Bush vines with no irrigation. Hot summer days and cool nights positively influenced by the Atlantic Ocean and Benguela current.
About The Harvest
Harvested at 3 to 4 tons per hectare.
In The Cellar
Matured in 300 liter French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels for 15 months.
