Why No. 1? Because it is the first release in this new range showcasing some really interesting wines from our cellar. This Petit Verdot is a once-off, next year, who knows what the varietal choice of our Cellar Master, Abe Beukes, will be? But be sure, like this stunning Petit Verdot, showing the truly inky nature of the varietal, the follow-on wine, No. 2, will be as special and interesting.
